Elope - Cocktail Witch Fascinator Hat

This great little witch hat is in cocktail fascinator form and is a very cute way to do the witch costume in a fresh & unique way. It is a semi rigid formed body with decorated spider-web lace around the pointed crown trimmed with a black satin-like ribbon band and a jewel adorning the front. To keep it sitting on your head there is a clear plastic chinstrap but it could be alternatively attached with hairclips as well.
