The small difference of pinching on to the spacer makes the bushing \"appear\" to be now undersized, which just isn't true but makes your head spin trying to get the pivot cranked. \u003cstrong\u003eYou don't need to crank your pivot\u003c\/strong\u003e to get the perfect tune. With channels it may be better to leave it backed off a hair because of the slight bending of the liner at the zen. Or try an oversized bushing and test which way you prefer.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #ff2a00;\"\u003ePlease Note:\u003c\/span\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eIf your channel spacer is THINNER than the shoulders of your zen barrel\u003c\/strong\u003e (spacing between the liners at the zen) then the tips of your channel spacers WILL NOT be pinched and held tightly.... leaving them floppy and NOT functioning properly.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #ff2a00;\"\u003ePlease Note:\u003c\/span\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eIn some cases, you may need to slightly drill out\/enlarge the holes\u003c\/strong\u003e for the spacers to help them align properly with your brand.
